There were some positives to pick from. Here are a few lines of what customers had to say on PissedCustomer.com, “Their computers entered the wrong last name for one of my passengers. We called Expedia they said they couldn’t do anything because of passenger laws. We called the airline; they said it should be fine just call Expedia back. We called Expedia back, spent 2 hours on the phone with them saying that they could not do a name change”. “Exepdia’s so called Best Price Guarantee is just a ridiculous gimmick to make their image as a company looks better. Don’t waste your time to call. They’ll just place you on hold for a long time and when you get a hold of someone their excuse is flights fluctuate all the time.”
